On Monday, Bob Galen presented on ‘A Testers Guide to Collaborating with Product Owners’ and looked at ways for testers to form a connection with product owners where testers help to define and refine requirements, broaden the testing landscape and align it to customer needs, provide a collaborate conduit between the customer and the team, assure that the team is building the “right thing”, and helping to demonstrate complete features .

On Tuesday, Fran O’ Hara shared ‘Lessons Learned Integrating Test into the Agile Lifecycle’. Fran showed us a way of approaching the integration of testing into the Agile lifecycle by looking at some of the key real world mistakes other organisations and their dev teams have made.

On Wednesday, Jan Jaap Cannegieter discussed six different ways of testing will be presented that, in the opinion of the presenter, should be mastered by every tester to improve their agile flexibility. These six ways are detailed scripting, global scripting, session based testing, bug hunts, test tours and freestyle exploratory testing. By mastering these six ways testers become more flexible and are capable to apply testing in every situation in an optimal way.
