Have you ever been in the situation where you have attended an interview and helped others out by discussing the questions you were asked? I’ve seen this mentioned recently online for a in-house role where members of a team were discussing the questions with each other. Is this an ethical thing to do do you think? Or do you see any issue with it?

I believe this has become very common now-a-days. People even go as far as paying for a proxy to take telephonic interviews or online tests on their behalf. Even I have been contacted for taking a proxy interview which I had turned down. But I must admit I was guilty of giving an online aptitude test for a friend. Though I believe it is not ethical, at times it becomes difficult to say no.
